Lebron James didn't see that coming. For all his talk about how everybody in the NBA is tough, he didn't expect Dwight Howard to be this tough. Dwight Howard aka Superman of the basketball world was the better physical freak today. He tallied 30 points and 13 boards, while clogging up the paint.
Lebron James got his, but of course, the King will always do. The problem is, the Cleveland Cavaliers didn't get that much out of everybody else. A lot of it has to do with the thought that Dwight Howard is waiting under the rim to block their shots. They were all looking out for him. Now THAT's defensive presence. Superman-like presence.
I didn't see it coming, either. I mean, I love Dwight, but Lebron's my man! I thought for sure the Cavaliers would sweep their way to the NBA Finals. I wouldn't bet the farm yet if I were a Magic fan, though. I mean, they got one game. Against the MVP, possibly the most dominant player of all time, that's not nearly enough. (Note that I said most dominant, not the best. That title still belongs to Kobe Bryant. Michael Jordan who?)
My prediction? Lebron James and the Cavaliers over Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic in 5.
