The NBA Playoffs, where amazing basketball happens! The Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers have given us a whopper of a series, and it's only the second game. Kobe Bryant, as expected, got his points in both games. Yao Ming is doing his usual Yao Ming thing. He's in the paint, changing shots, clogging the lane, scoring efficiently. That guy is the defensive anchor for that Houston Rockets team.
Ron Artest is getting his points. Pau Gasol has risen back from the dead after his game one suckfest, Andrew Bynum is getting killed by Yao Ming, as expected, and all is right with the world. Except I didn't think it would be so bloody. Shane Battier got hurt. Ron Artest and Derek Fisher were ejected in game two. Von Wafer pulled some drama on Rick Adelman.
This is how I like basketball. Physical and bloody. It's a physical game. You've got to be ready to take some contact, both in the paint and out of it. Got to love the NBA Playoffs. Where amazing happens indeed.
